Efficiency of budgetary expenditures within the framework of the budgeting model oriented to the result: theory and legislation

The article explores the procedures for result oriented budgeting, which allow to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of budget expenditures, analyzes the application of the concepts of «efficiency» and «effectiveness» in conceptual documents and legislation, theoretical studies. Author gives own definition of concepts of efficiency.
