The results of using different types of decompression and decompression-correction surgeries by differentiated indications are given in 43 patients with gonarthrosis of the second (23) and third (20) stages according to N.S. Kosinskaya. The studying of the dynamics of intraosseous pressure (IOP) decrease during the first five days of the postoperative period demonstrated that the greatest decrease of it in the patients of the first group was noted on the fourth postoperative day (up to 35 % of the initial level) and in the patients of the second group - on the fifth postoperative day (up to 30 %).
