Hematologic effects of Filgastrim (granulocyte colony-stimulating factor) were studied for stage III-IV breast cancer patients who simultaneously received chemotherapy with adriablastin + taxofer. Filgastrim administration resulted in stimulation of bone marrow granulocytopoesis suppressed by cytostatic drugs on the level of committed progenitor cells, morphologically differentiated elements of bone marrow and peripheral blood.
