Effectiveness of varicose disease surgical treatment in patients with chronic venous deficiency in combination with knee osteoarthritis

The article is concerned with the problem of surgical treatment of the patients suffering from varicose disease in lower extremities and knee osteoarthritis. The ankle volume, night pain level, KOOS scale, arthrosonography were evaluated. Considering results of the research it was concluded that active surgical intervention is preferable in this group of patients.
