Antianginal efficacy and safety of trimetazidine (T), isosorbide dinitrate retard (IDR) and their combination (T+IDR) were studied in a randomized, single-blind study in 52 patients with combined stable angina pectoris and arterial hypotension (Hpts) and in 37 normotensive patients with angina of effort (Npts).
