Efficiency of use of budgetary funds ministry of health of the Republic of Dagestan

Over the past few years, the health care system of the Republic of Dagestan has achieved some success, which is expressed both in quantitative and qualitative indicators. Large medical and preventive institutions were commissioned, licenses and medical services from the category of high-tech medical care were obtained. Also, every year, expensive medical equipment is updated - MRI, CT, ultrasound, etc., medical transport. Successful development in the region was gained by private medical institutions (clinics). But despite all of the above, the healthcare system of the Republic of Dagestan has serious problems, among which a special place is occupied by insufficient financing of the industry and low tariffs for medical services through the compulsory medical insurance and inefficient use of budgetary funds by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Dagestan. In these conditions, the topic of this scientific article is relevant and is of practical interest for both the executive bodies of the republic and the legislative.
