The efficiency of use of budgetary funds, allocated for compulsory medical insurance

The article is devoted to compulsory medical insurance (CHI) as an effective lever of influence on the overall demographic situation on the example of St. Petersburg. The article presents general statistics on number of births and deaths, as well as regression analysis offunds allocated for CHI and number of deaths by main classes of causes of death. In the end, revealed the strong inverse relationship between these factors.
