Effectiveness of using human resources

The article presents a description of the main indicators for assessing the employment of the able-bodied population used for personnel management. The main labor indicators of industrial production and management efficiency criteria are identified. The author suggests taking into account the main features of the use of human resources. The article proved that the efficiency of use of human resources can be carried out in various ways. Various indicators of the effectiveness of human resource management are presented. The main goals of material and moral incentives to work at the present stage and the problems of their implementation are revealed. The methodological foundations are based on the methods of studying system analysis, comparison and analogies, economic and mathematical modeling. As a theoretical basis, the article uses the scientific works of domestic scientists on the use of human resources as a tool for business development. The sources of information were economic and other specialized literature, articles from periodicals. As a result of this study, various types of tasks facing enterprises to implement these methods, which are described in detail by specialists, are reasonably identified. The author concludes that in modern conditions, system modernization is necessary as a coordinated, evolutionary and consistent change in all aspects of the use of human resources.
