Aim: to validate the effectiveness of endolymphatic drug therapy in patients with suppurate inflammatory diseases of pelvic organs (SIDRO) with different degrees of systematic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS). 54 women (18-45 years old) with SIDRO were observed. We revealed that the disturbances of immune status were increased in patients after surgical operations. Patients with SIDRO have the enhance level of CD95+- and decrease of CD4+-, CD16+- and CD25+- positive cells. The concentration of PhNO2, Interleukin-1ƒ, IL-6, IL-8, С3 and С4 were increased in blood serum and vagino-cervical secret. Polioxidane and selenase prescribed after the surgery change some parameters of immune status and the use of endolymphatic drug therapy and meronema, selenase and ronkoleukin quickly restored the immune rates in patients with SIDRO complicated by SIRS.
