Effectiveness of the treatment of patients with traumatic mandibular osteomyelitis with efferent methods

69 patients with traumatic osteomyelitis of the mandible were observed and treated. A new complex of clinical and laboratory tests to diagnose endogenous intoxication was proposed and tested. The influence of efferent therapies in the clinical course, endogenous intoxication of patients with traumatic osteomyelitis of the mandible were studied. It is shown that their inclusion in the scheme of complex therapy improves treatment, optimizes the course of postoperative period, reduces the length of patient stay of patients in hospital.
