Studies have shown that during the period from 2006 to 2015, the state support of peasant (farmer) economies increased in 24 times, and the production of peasant (farmer) economies (in actual prices) in 7.9 times. Programs that support farm and the introduction of Grants and lump sums for support of beginning farmers in Kaluga region since 2012, served as a stimulus to growth of agricultural production. So, in 2014, production increased by 39.2% compared to 2013 and by 48% in 2015 compared to 2014. The highest rates are achieved in crop production. Grain sales in 2015 compared with 2014 increased by 7 times, potatoes - by 4.9 times. Less rapid is the growth of livestock production. So, the cost of sales of dairy products increased 1.5 times, livestock and poultry (in live weight) - by 1.2 times. For the last 2 years of studies the number of cattle increased by 14%, pork 32%, sheep and goats by 40%. In relation to the level of 2011 by 2.5 times increased acreage in peasant (farmer) economies due to the growth of livestock. A significant increase in the number and acreage of peasant (farmer) economies suggests that the growth trend in production will continue in the coming years. The calculation of correlation, which indicates the presence of stable direct relationship characteristics (the correlation coefficient for 2014 amounted to 0.840992) is carried out. Despite the decrease in state support of peasant (farmer) economies in 2015, with a high growth of production, the correlation coefficient in 2015 was 0.651293, which means moderate correlation characteristics.
