The article presents the results of studying of the suprapleural articaine blockade effect at pathological processes caused by repeated intramuscular injection of tetrachloromethane 2ml / kg. Evaluation of the results of morphological studies of internal organs proves inefficiency of suprapleural articaine blockade during simulated hepatitis caused by intoxication with tetrachloromethane (CCl4). However, it may be assumed that the carried out blockade of splanchnic nerves and border sympathetic trunks relieves the body of rats. It was also proved that the suprapleural pre-blockade of splanchnic nerves and border sympathetic trunks (30 min. before the injection of diclofenac) reduces the total number of lesions of the gastric mucosa to 42.68 %, and the total lesion area by 55.5 %. When the blockade is performed after 30 minutes after the injection of diclofenac total number of ulcers is decreased by 35.9 % and the total area of the mucous lesions - by 22.22 %.
