Efficiency of the national security provided by the political institutions

The article considers political institutions as the main sources of the political changes, which determine the state of the national security. The author discusses a correlation between various capital forms and national security efficiency provided by the political institutions, and reveals problems of the political institutionalization in the modern Russia. The areas of the necessary reforms are defined.
