Efficiency of the organization of work with citizens' Appeals in the department of municipal control, consumer market and entrepreneurship development of the administration of the city of Yevpatoria of the Republic of Crimea

In this article, the author evaluates the effectiveness of the work of employees of the Department of Municipal Control, Consumer Market and Entrepreneurship Development of the administration of the city of Yevpatoria of the Republic of Crimea by analyzing citizens' appeals received in 2021. Based on the results of the assessment, management measures aimed at improving the system of work of employees when working with citizens' appeals were identified.
