The article is devoted to theoretical analysis of some approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of grant social services. The author examines the effectiveness of social services as a multidimensional phenomenon that includes the subject-object criteria and indicators of how the meaning of activities and results, as well as its social and personal significance.
