The treatment with electric and magnetic fields both at preseeding preparation of seeds and during vegeta- tion of plants due to the increase in resistance of plants to stress factors and increase in the coefficient of soil nutrients utilization should be included as a perspective agricultural technique having a stimulating impact on the growth and development of plants. The researches have shown that under the influence of electromagnetic field there is a mobilization of forces and release of power reserves of an organism, physiologic and biochemical pro- cesses at early stages of germination of seeds become more active, there is an increase in internal metabolic pro- cesses and steady increase in energy of germination, viability, rate of initial growth, spring-year survival which favorably influence all subsequent periods of development of plants. The results of researches have shown that under the conditions of Predkamye of the Republic of Tatarstan the options of preseeding processing of seeds didn't exert significant effect on the contamination of crops, and the fertilized background has created the big elevated mass of weeds, in comparison with the control ones. A positive effect on indicators of yield structure was noted at introduction of settlement doses of NPK per 4.0 t/hectare. On average in two years of researches preseeding processing of seeds by EHF together with "Vial Trust" protectant and "Zircon" growth stimulator has increased productivity of grain of winter wheat by 0.56-0.58 t/hectare. Introduction of settlement doses of min- eral fertilizers per 4.0 t/hectare has increased productivity by 1.17-1.25 t/hectare.
