Efficiency of bioaddition on the basis of growth regulators and microelements during cultivation of midicinal herbs

An influence of the bioaddition on plant growth and phenolic components metabolism in plant cells was studied. The bioaddition («Biogidropon» preparation) containing the complex of biological active components and microelements was designed basing on expert approach. The bioaddition promotes an increase of seeds germination and emergence rate by 8-14 %, plants assimilating surface of by 62-95 % (in laboratory and field experiments on medicinal herbs growing). HPLC-DAD analysis of the bioaddition influence on qualitative and quantitative changes of phenolic components in Lepidium sativum leaves was conducted. The results shown the absence of significant influence of the bioaddition application on metabolism of phenolic substance in plants, the derivates of oxycinnaroic acids, apigenin and oxybenzoic acid.
