Studies on the application of organic fertilizer based on chicken manure for white-fronted were conducted on meadow-chernozem soils of the Omsk region. An organic fertilizer obtained on the basis of a chicken room was used. At the same time, fertilizer production technology provided that to speed up the cutting of manure into valuable organic fertilizer, the biofermentation method was used-when loading droppings from poultry houses on a transverse conveyor, a drip-drop in the form of a microbiological preparation of Baikal EM-1. After shipment, the litter is transported to special sites for its storage. Such fertilizer has good physical and mechanical properties of flowability, transportability. In the experiment it was established that the use of organic fertilizer based on chicken manure is effective under white cabbage both separately and together with mineral fertilizers. The best application was 12 t/ha of manure and 8 t/ha of manure with mineral fertilizers at a dose of N160P138K48 - the yield increments were 17.7 and 17.4 t/ha, respectively, or 52 % to the control. The introduction of increasing doses of bird droppings led to a natural increase in vitamin C from 26,5 mg% to 28.4 mg%, and the amount of sugars increased when applying 16 tons/ha and amounted to 5.1 %, the content of nitrates in cabbage slightly increased Is not limited to the allowable concentration.
