Efficiency of teaching and learning

This paper deals with problems of education efficiency. It defines such concepts as teaching, training, learning, educational activities, proficiency, and educability. The author determines internal and external criteria of the education efficiency. The hierarchy of educational objectives according to the Benjamin Bloom’s theory is presented. The article considers educational issues and possibilities of the combined learning.
