Efficiency of realization of state agricultural development program and regulation of agricultural, rocks and food markets for 2013-2020

Volumes, the main directions and actions of the state support of agricultural producers of Russia are enshrined in the State program of development of agriculture and regulation of the markets of agricultural production, raw materials and food for 2013-2020 (further - Gosprogramma). However they constantly are modified as a result of change of strategic problems of the state and emergence of new priorities of development of agro-industrial complex (agrarian and industrial complex) of Russia what requires close attention from expert community and experts. In this regard assessment of efficiency of the realized measures of the state support in the sphere of agriculture allows to reveal extent of achievement of the objects set by the state in the sphere of development of agro-industrial complex of the country, to estimate efficiency of expenditure of the budgetary funds allocated for development of agriculture and allows to develop more perfect mechanism of the state impact on branch in the conditions of limitation of budgetary funds. These scientific problems are solved in this article.
