Efficiency of the Kaliningrad region's public administration system and sustainability of economic growth

In modern Russia, it is very important to define and follow the methods of assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of public administration. The quality of the public administration system is achieved by the activities of state bodies aimed at obtaining a given result with lower costs, which emphasizes the relevance of the study. The article clarifies the conceptual apparatus for regulating the activities of state bodies. Standards for the functioning of the public administration system are proposed. It is recommended to focus on expanding the results-based management model as a requirement of the time. The intensification of the use of the results-based management model makes it possible to optimize budgetary resources through the transformation of the main types of public administration, namely: social efficiency, executive efficiency, and decision-making efficiency.
