The analysis of the existing quality management system at the Progress OJSC enterprise revealed the following main shortcomings: the lack of a systematic approach to quality management and a general concept of quality improvement, as well as the use of outdated quality assessment and management tools. To improve quality management and eliminate the noted negative factors, it is proposed to introduce a certified system of the Galaktika Corporation, which will allow identifying reserves for reducing labor costs in the organization, automating production processes, finding opportunities to improve quality and reduce customer service time at the enterprise, as well as getting an economic effect by saving labor and financial resources.
