In modern economic conditions, the key concepts for the development of poultry farming are efficiency and Biosafety, which can only be achieved through the creation and implementation of innovative domestic scientific and technological developments in real production. It is established that technological methods for growing broiler chickens of three weight categories that meet the market demand as much as possible are a promising direction for the development of the poultry industry. Sex - separated broiler farming of autosex crosses in cell batteries saves feed and energy resources due to high productivity, safety and uniformity of the herd. The lighting program must be selected taking into account the specifics of the poultry growing technology (cross, in cages or on the litter, the timing of fattening, etc.). The use of biologically active additives (probiotics, prebiotics, phytobiotics) has a positive effect on the efficiency of broiler farming. The priority direction of poultry farming development is the production of organic products.
