The article describes the effectiveness of testing a body-oriented training program in developing emotional-volitional professionally important qualities of employees of a private security organization. The definition of emotional-volitional professionally important qualities is given, and the interpretation of the body-oriented method in psychology is described. The effectiveness of body-oriented training was determined using Student's t-test. As a result of a comparative analysis of the indicators of emotional-volitional professionally important qualities in the experimental group. The conducted research demonstrates the effectiveness of body-oriented training, namely the method used increases emotional stability, management of one’s emotions, self-control, volitional self-regulation and self-control of employees of a private security company.
