Effectiveness of criminal procedural prohibitions of certain actions against suspects and accused of crimes involving destruction or damage of property

The article discovers the question of the effectiveness of the use of criminal procedural restrictions on persons suspected or accused of having committed crimes involving the destruction or damage of property. Concerning the criminological data on the identity of persons who committed arson, an analysis of the experience of investigative practice, as well as foreign experience in the use of digital surveillance technologies, a conclusion about the possibilities of remote monitoring of persons under investigation was made.
