Effectiveness of higher educational institution in the modern conditions of Russia development

Reforms of the economic, social and public life in Russia have required reconstruction of the entire system of education and bringing-up of the future generations. New criteria of evaluating all areas of the human being's activity have been established under new economic conditions. The authors have analyzed new approaches to evaluation of the modern Russian higher schools effectiveness; the options of evaluation and determination of the higher schools effectiveness have been proposed. The classification of monitoring the higher schools operation in the modern conditions has been justified. The criteria and evaluation of the higher schools monitoring have been proposed in order to use them for the higher school development. The authors have examined the issue of effectiveness measurement from different points of view.
