The article discusses the issue of organizing work on the supply of cleaning cars to the access track of JSC "UMK" by the shunting locomotive TEM-7A. It is shown that if the technology of the access track of UMK JSC changes due to investments in the purchase of a new TEM-7A locomotive, the payback period of the project will be 3 years and 1 months. Additional income received by reducing current costs in the implementation of the proposed technology will amount to 1.918 billion soums. in year.
