Efficiency of the state cadastral valuation's zoning in land management

The authors of the article analyze how the results of assessment zoning in the system of land resources management in Russia are used. They present an original method of assessment zoning, which, in particular, contributes to the improvement of the quality of the estimated statistical models and the adjustment of land payments. They give an example of using the results of assessment zoning in the city of St. Petersburg and show its effectiveness.
