Article is devoted to formation of the cooperative relations in multistructure rural economy of the region. Process of establishment of new interrelations between subjects of the market for ensuring the best use of the available production potential and increase in economic efficiency of production, and also about the right practical choice of organizational and economic forms in agriculture is considered. It is reasonable that economic activity of the enterprise of any form of ownership, has to be economically effective for providing the income and investment of capital, preservation of independence and development of the enterprise.
