The article presents effective practices of personnel development in the context of the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standards for preschool education. Professional standards and GEF have special requirements for the professional activities of teachers. In this connection, the process of modernization of the methodological service in the pre-school and personnel management system, the character of which depends on the professional maturity of each employee, acquires particular relevance.
