Efficient leader: empirical aspect

Аnnotation: The most urgent task of management psychology in modern conditions is the development of criteria for the effectiveness of the work of the head of the work collective and the definition of professionally important qualities of the manager. To determine these qualities, a study was conducted, which showed that in order to improve the effectiveness of management, it is necessary to conduct training, trainings and seminars for the management team.
