Effects of phothodynamic therapy with preparation radahlorin in experiment on mice with inoculated Erlich's adenocarcinoma

On the basis of experimental datum, in experiment on laboratory mice with inoculated Erlich's adenocarcinoma clinical effects of photodynamic therapy with photosensitizer Radahlorin were estimated. The purpose of research was to make the experimental model of malignant tumor of mice, conducting of photodynamic therapy of tumor and estimation of clinical effectiveness of this treatment. There were five indices of clinical criterion: pain (trouble of animals), edema, paleness, cyanosis and development of necrosis. On the basis of experiment the authors came to a conclusion: Erlich's adenocarcinoma is well reproductible experimental model of malignant tumor of mice and is used for estimation of effectiveness photodynamic therapy and also morphological and electron microscopical levels in future.
