The purpose of this work is to study the echocardiographic changes in pulmonary hypertension of varying severity in dogs. The study involved dogs (n = 42) aged 8 to 14 years old of different breeds. As a result of the study, it was found that tricuspid regurgitation was observed in the studied animals with moderate and severe pulmonary hypertension, in connection with which these animals increased RVEDA, TAPSEn, PGVT, FACn. At the same time, a number of indicators with mean pulmonary hypertension were higher than tea with severe pulmonary hypertension, which can be explained by the preservation of the systolic function of the myocardium.
