Ecoart - a new direction in art

The article considers the prerequisites for the formation of ecoart - a direction in art connected with the environmental protection, development of scientific progress and understanding of the necessity to level the negative sides of the society. Environmental problems in the field of production and consumption waste management are highlighted. A brief review of the measures taken in Buryatia to change the approach to the environmental protection and birth of the so-called ecosapiens, a person with a reasonable attitude to nature, is given.
