Ecocide: the criminal legal significance

At the moment, the question of the existence of an ecological imbalance is firmly present all over the world and in our state in particular. Mankind is getting closer to global environmental crisis, due to the fact that the recent attitude to nature has become too consumer. Proceeding from this relationship, man, as never before, began to need legislative consolidation. Today, there are a huge number of international legal acts that are generally recognized and ratified in the territory of the Russian Federation, in addition to this, the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation has recently legally establishes criminal responsibility for crimes against natural resources.
