Environmental security: problems of legal interpretation

The article analyzes the concept of "environmental safety" in the context of the interpretation of its legal nature. On the basis of the research carried out, a systematic approach to the concept of “environmental safety” is proposed. Particular attention in the article is paid to the system of environmental safety of the Russian Federation, based on the current legislation.
