Environmental protection of the fuel and lubricants warehouse

The relevance of this topic lies in the fact that a huge number of enterprises are currently being operated, including the fuel and lubricants warehouse, which, in turn, does not fully ensure environmental safety. Unfortunately, the fuel storage facilities are outdated and it is necessary to develop the most effective methods for cleaning sewage from various types of fuel. According to statistics, about 50-90 million tons of hydrocarbons are released into our atmosphere every year. One of the main parts of these emissions is accounted for by oil refineries. The article presents the main ways to prevent environmental pollution, as well as measures to combat the loss of fuel and lubricants. The article also discusses the wastewater treatment plant, which allows to reduce the level of environmental pollution with oil products, thereby ensuring the environmental safety of the areas where oil products supply facilities are located.
