Environmental aspects of financing public-private partnership projects

The scientific article is devoted to the research analysis of the financing of environmental PPP projects. The author comes to the conclusion that in order to increase the efficiency of the implementation of environmental projects, a mechanism based on "green" bonds should be developed. Within the framework of the article, the issues of the institutional environment are considered as the main factor in the development of "green" investments in the framework of PPP. Particular attention is paid to the problems of "green" bonds.
