The presented results of researches testify that formation of biochemical complex in fruits of wild-growing blackberry and sloe, growing at various heights above sea level, depends on climatic effect and soils. Data of researches the quantitative compound of nutrients in blackberry and sloe from Dagestan speak about necessity of wide use of their fruits for reception the new foodstuff which can be intended for dietary and nursery feed.
