The prevalence of bladder and kidney cancers in bioclimatic zones of Primorsky Krai was studied using ecologic-medical analysis. High incidence rates of bladder and kidney cancers are observed in the areas of critical ecological situation. A statistically significant relationship between the prevalence of bladder and kidney cancers, bioclimatic zones and zones of ecological situation has been found. The incidence of bladder cancer has a tendency to increase from the continental bioclimatic zone to the shore in all ecological zones. The incidence of kidney cancer depends on zones of ecological situation more than on bioclimatic zones. The complex of sanitary-hygiene factors and parameters of water supply have influence on the prevalence of urinary system cancer.
