The article discusses the current environmental problems and solutions in the management of supply chains on the example of the woodworking industry. The concept and goals of ecological management of supply chains are revealed. Comparison of achievements of world leaders of branch and domestic enterprises in efficiency of use of resources is carried out. The factors of innovative decision-making in the industry are evaluated and the directions of development are outlined.
