Ecological monitoring of some reservoirs bacterial impurity in Stavropolsky kray

For ecological monitoring of bacterial impurity of some reservoirs in Stavroposky kray, for increasing sensitivity and specificity of detection tularemia activator, the biogeotechnology of reception the magnitoimmunosorbent (MIS) test-system for selective pathogen concentration is developed. Tularemia activator selective concentration on MIS with the subsequent carrying out the express methods (EIA and PCR) will allow to research tests in various objects of hazardous environment, including water of surface reservoirs of unlimited volume, with a various contamination level and low concentration of the activator.
