Environmental law: the concept and methods of protection

The paper attempts to consider the environmental law and order, describes the legal environmental human rights, its` structure and content. The attempt to bring about necessity to improve legal awareness of people in the country, and the attempt to suggest ways to improve and realization the protection of environmental rights. The main ways of improving the Russian ecological law and order and overcoming the gap between its statics and dynamics are outlined.
