Ecological education of students as an integral part of the training of specialists in a technical university

The relevance of the formation of environmental competence as a prerequisite for the effectiveness of the professional activity of a specialist is substantiated. It is shown that the formation of an environmentally competent attitude towards solving professional problems in a future specialist is a necessary condition for overcoming the negative consequences of anthropogenic impact on the environment. The ways of implementing the ecological approach are determined, which contribute to the increase in the efficiency of the process of formation of ecological competence in the study of environmental chemistry in a technical university.
