Ecology of the soul as part of the ecological culture of students in VEO

One of the areas of modern state policy is the development and education of young people, including in the field of environmental education and upbringing. It is important to form not only environmentally responsible behavior, but also the worldview underlying it. Modern ecology comprehensively studies both the connections of living organisms with the environment and all types of interactions in the “man - society - nature” system. The ecology of the soul is associated with the state of the inner nature of man and is an integral part of environmental culture. As part of the work of the regional innovation platform on the topic “Organizational and pedagogical conditions for the application of project technology in environmental education of students of a vocational educational organization” based on the Chebarkul vocational technical school, the authors identified four components of the environmental culture of the direction: ecology of the soul, ecology of the body, ecology of nature, ecology of production. This article examines the concepts of “ecology”, “ecology of the soul” as part of environmental culture. The author’s definition of the concept of “ecology of the soul” is presented. The forms and methods of working with students in the field of spiritual and moral education are described, which can be used to develop the ecology of the soul of students of vocational educational organizations. The possibilities of improving this process by including students of vocational educational organizations in project activities are shown. A portfolio of projects in the direction of “Ecology of the soul” as part of the work of the regional innovation platform based on the GBPOU ChPT, a list of events are presented. A feature of the implementation of the events included in the project were the roles of students: “participants”, “assistants to organizers”, “organizers”.
