Ecologizing the agroengineering sector of the agro-industrial complex has been an issue of the last two decades of the 20th century, however, some problems of the relatively new direction are brought, some of them being partly solved back to the 60s of the 20th century. The article considers the issues of ecologizing the staff being affected by substances coming from the studying human-machine systems in crop production. The problem of ecologizing the agro-engineering sphere in modern conditions is of great importance, since there has been observed an intensification of developing agricultural production, which in turn has a direct negative effect on the environment that is vital for human health involved in the labor process. If we consider the enterprise personnel in the system «man - machine - external environment», then the problem of ecology should be considered more closely. There have been given dependences of conceptual models of ecosystem transformation under the influence of pollution which actually makes it possible to determine the vectors of research in this direction. The interaction scheme of machines with the environment makes it possible to determine the stages of operation and maintenance of machines producing harmful substances that affect human health. Evaluating the health condition in terms of multiplication factor, we have noticed that it has exceeded the maximum permissible concentrations of harmful substances and the emission of harmful impurities into the air which is presented in tables. The research results show a structural scheme of the ecologization block in the «External Environment» and the impact of anticorrosive protection of machines on the environment, a scheme of measures to reduce the toxicity of ICE exhaust gases has been developed.
