In modern studies on the relationship between nature and society, special attention is paid to the ecology of the organization and activities of health-resort complexes, as well as the need for the rational use of natural resources, the study, systematization and classification of their types. The development of society requires a review of several paradigms in order to improve these relations, as this should lead to the complete destruction of ecosystems. The purpose of this study is the formation of a new concept of quality management of spa services, which is based on ecology, a healthy lifestyle and high service. For the object of the study it has been received health-resort complex, and for the subject - the greening of service activity of health-resort complex in the field of customer service. As a working hypothesis, it was suggested that the ecologization of the service acts as a factor in improving the quality of spa services. When developing the topic, methods of statistical analysis of indicators of the state of health and the development of sanatorium and resort activities in Russia are used, which allows to identify the causes of contradictions between the needs and production of sanatorium and resort services; content analysis of current legislation and scientific literature...
