The article deals with the studying of vegetative communities with participation of cenopopulation Tulipa gesneriana within the limits of an ornithological area of the reserve «The black soil» during 2013-2015. It also presents the climatic characteristic of habitats and the specific structure of phytocenosis. The description of plant communities was carried our according to generally accepted Geobotanical methods. For a comparative analysis of the similarity of species in the communities under investigation we have used similarity coefficients of Jaccard and Sorensen-Czekanowski. Cenopopulation № 1 T. gesneriana related to forb-grass (Poaceae-Mixteherbosa) community on the meadow chestnut saline soils. 60 species were under the investigation for three within the floristic composition of communities. The species composition of the spring flora in the studied community tended to decrease from 34 species in 2013 to 28 species in 2015. Cenopopulation № 2 is a part of herb-fescue-wormwood community (Poaceae - Mixteherbosa) on chestnut alkaline soils. All in all, during the period under the study the communities has revealed 59 species of flowering plants. In spring 2013 it amounted to 37 species, in 2014 their number decreased to 8 species, in 2015 - decreased to 23 species. Cenopopulation № 3 T. gesneriana is related to wormwood-forb (Mixteherbosa - Artemisia austriaca) communities on the island «Tulips» of Lake Manych-Gudilo on dark-chestnut alkaline soils. The floristic composition of communities listed 45 species of plants, including species that are found only in a given community. In 2015, during a prolonged cold spring with a large volume of water in the spring, the number of species in a summer flora of the studied communities is more numerous than in the spring. The plant communities where cenopopulations Tulipa gesneriana grow, their paired comparison of total number of species list varies from 72 to 79 species, of which the number of common species - from 10 to 43, Jaccard similarity coefficient (Kj) was equal to 0,32- 0.57, similarity coefficient of Sorensen-Czekanowski (Ksc) - 0,48-0,72. Plant community within which is cenopopulations № 1 that is situated between the other two studied communities has considerable similarity in species composition.
