Ecological-economic efficiency of land management

The article considers ecological and economic effect of land use on the example of the towns of Samara region. The author proposes measures to improve the planning, organization, motivation and control in the sphere of land relations. The chart of organizational process of land management aimed at increasing ecological and economic efficiency of land use has been designed.
