The article shows that a qualitatively new form of agricultural production, aimed at ecologization and biologization, requires development of financial regulation mechanisms. The most important economic category that plays a significant role in organizing organic agricultural production and carrying out structural transformations purposed for profit is investment. Considering the importance of improving investment policy at the regional level, the government should not allow the possibility of fragmentation of the country's economy due to the weakening of ties between the economies of individual regions, which may become an obstacle to the spread of innovation and the optimal distribution of resources. In addition, organic agriculture farmers need an active support of the government in the form of targeted programs and subsidies, giving the opportunity to pass the required certification and make products competitive, increase the demand for it. The emerging Russian market of organic products requires certification in domestic special organizations that have strict requirements, which does not allow agricultural producers to do without information and financial support from the state. The development of organic agriculture is inextricably linked with the growth of ecologization processes. The ecological orientation of all the spheres of human activity motivates a person to increase responsibility for the environment and the formation of human health and society as a whole. Studying the experience of the countries with developed organic agriculture and the multifactor capabilities of our country makes it obvious that it is the form of fast-developing, popular and cost-effective agriculture that can ensure the competitiveness of products and expand the market space. The analysis of environmental and economic factors involved in the development of organic agriculture, suggests the need for an integrated approach to improve the efficiency of modern agricultural production.
